Generalmente el clima durante los últimos días de enero y principios de febrero, suele estar entre los 28 grados centígrados (82 grados Farenheit) durante el día y 18 grados centígrados (64 grados Farenheit) durante la noche. Si, tanto la ceremonia y la recepción, ambas se llevaran a cabo al aire libre. Por lo que le sugerimos traer algo con que cubrirse en caso de que haya aire fresco.

El día viernes tendremos una fiesta de bienvenida y la temática será “White Party”. Así que no olvides traer tu atuendo blanco de playa favorito y ¡únete a la fiesta!

Para el día sábado el código de vestimenta es formal. Aunque es una boda en la playa, no habrá necesidad de pisar la arena, así que desempolven los tacones y zapatos de baile.

Para el domingo en “diversión bajo el sol”, les sugerimos ropa cómoda y no olvide empacar su mejor traje de baño.

Hacemos de su conocimiento que hemos firmado un convenio por un número limitado de habitaciones en The Westin Resort & Spa. Dado que existe un contrato de prestación de servicios, se han establecido algunas consideraciones para poder acceder a la tarifa establecida, cuya información se explica más adelante.

La reservación comienza el dia viernes 24 y termina el lunes 27 de Enero de 2025 y la reservación no puede ser menor a 3 noches, para poder gozar de la tarifa establecida.

No tenemos una fecha límite como tal, pero le recomendamos que haga su reservación lo antes posible, ya que si el número de habitaciones dentro del grupo llega a su límite, las siguientes reservaciones serán sujetas a disponibilidad y se harán de acuerdo a la tarifa pública vigente.

Las tarifas del grupo están cotizadas en Habitaciones De Lujo Run of the House.

Las habitaciones serán asignadas de acuerdo con la disponibilidad el día de la llegada.

Categoría Run of the House incluye las siguientes categorías de habitación: Habitación Doble De Lujo Vista Parcial al Mar y De Lujo Vista al Mar, sujetas a disponibilidad.

En caso de cualquier duda, puede llamar directamente al departamento de reservaciones del hotel, al teléfono +52 (322) 226-1100. El huésped se deberá identificar como parte del grupo BODA ERIC & JAIME-25 para que se les respete y aplique la tarifa grupal. Esta tarifa será otorgada hasta agotar las habitaciones dentro del grupo. Después de esta fecha cualquier reservación será hecha de acuerdo con disponibilidad y la tarifa a aplicar será la tarifa pública vigente, por habitación por noche.

El Hotel extenderá la tarifa grupal 3 días anteriores y 3 días posteriores a las fechas oficiales del grupo sujeto a disponibilidad de inventario en Habitaciones De Lujo Run of the House y sujeto a disponibilidad de la tarifa grupal a la fecha de corte.

El hotel pueda realizar a los participantes un cargo por salida anticipada de $260.00 USD (más 16% IVA y 3% impuesto sobre hospedaje), esto como compensación por el daño del desplazamiento causado al hotel debido a salidas anticipadas no programadas.

Un Cargo por Salida Anticipada sólo será cobrado si el huésped checa salida del hotel antes de su fecha oficial de salida sin haber notificado al Hotel al momento del check-in (o hasta la media noche del día de llegada) del cambio en su fecha de salida.

Cada huésped será responsable de liquidar el total de su cuenta la cual cubre gastos de incidentales generados durante su estancia (llamadas telefónicas, servicio a la habitación, renta de pago por evento, lavandería, servibar, centros de consumo, servicios secretariales en centro de negocios). Al momento de realizar su registro (check-in), a cada participante le será solicitado un deposito en efectivo o una tarjeta de crédito para garantizar sus gastos incidentales.

Since it’s a destination wedding, of course you can travel with the little ones. We love your children; however, the ceremony and reception on Saturday are events for parents and children 13 and older. We want you to have as much fun as possible on our big day!

We appreciate your understanding. That said, children are welcome on Friday for the Welcome Party and on Sunday for the Fun in the Sun event, as this day is for them!

For parents traveling with their children, we suggest traveling with someone who can support in taking care of the little ones during the event on Saturday. Generally, the weather during the last days of January and early February is between 82 degrees during the day and 64 degrees in the evenings. These dates are considered the best weather in Puerto Vallarta throughout the year.

Yes, both the religious ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors. We suggest bringing something to cover yourself in the evening.

On Friday, we will have a Welcome Party and the theme will be “White Party”. Don’t forget to bring your favorite white beach outfit and join the party (neutrals work as well)!

On Saturday, the attire is formal. Although a coastal wedding, we will not be stepping on sand. So, dust off those heels and dancing shoes!

On Sunday, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing such as shorts and t-shirts, as well as swimsuits for the Fun in the Sun event.

We blocked a limited number of rooms at the Westin Resort & Spa. Given that this is a contractual agreement between the Grooms and the Host Hotel, some considerations have been established to be able to access the discounted rates. Additional details noted below.

The reservation begins on Friday, January 24th and ends on Monday, January 27th. The reservation cannot be less than 3 nights in order to realize the discounted rates. However, you can certainly arrive before Friday and stay after Monday.

We don’t have a deadline as such, but the room block is on a first come, first served basis. We highly encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. If the number of rooms within the group reaches its limit, subsequent reservations will be subject to availability and according to the standard rate.

Rooms will be assigned according to availability on the day of arrival.

If you have any questions, you can call the hotel's reservations department directly at +52 (322) 226-1100. The guest must identify themselves as part of the BODA ERIC & JAIME-25 group so that they are respected and the group rate applies. This rate will be granted until the rooms within the group are sold out. After this date any reservation will be made according to availability and the rate to be applied will be the current public rate, per room per night.

The Hotel will extend the discounted group rate 3 days before and 3 days after the official group dates, subject to availability in Run of the House Luxury Rooms.

The hotel may charge guests an early departure charge of $240 USD (plus 16% Tax and 3% Lodging Tax), as compensation for travel damage caused to the hotel due to unscheduled early departures.

An early departure fee will only be charged if the guest checks out of the hotel before their official departure date without notifying the Hotel at the time of check-in (or until midnight on the day of arrival), of the change in their departure date.

Each guest will be responsible for settling the total of their account which covers incidental expenses generated during their stay (telephone calls, room service, pay per event rental, laundry, servibar, consumer centers, secretarial services at the business center). At the time of registration or check-in, each participant will be asked for a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee any incidental expenses.
